Course Description
If you are looking for a job, it is likely that you will have to attend an interview with your potential employer. Attend one of ACE's Interview Technique training sessions and you will get the help you need to be successful at your next interview. In your training session, your trainer will work with you in order to address your specific issues and how to improve them. Your coach will show you what is working well for you when you are being interviewed and most importantly what is not. We can help you match your work experience to job competencies, and ensure that you have plenty of excellent examples to convince your interviewer. We can help you brainstorm likely questions that you'll get asked and establish credible responses which demonstrate your ability to the full. Training sessions are open to everyone regardless of previous experience, gender or age.

Course Outline
This course is designed to prepare participants for job interviews for jobs in all types of fields or sectors. The following topics will be covered:
- How to make a good first impression
- How to prepare answers and examples to common questions
- What to avoid at an interview
- What different types/styles of interviews are there
Training Method
The course will be conducted via two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part an ACE qualified trainer will present the concepts and information required to complete an interview successfully. The second part will build upon this knowledge and will contain a practical session where participants will have the chance to practice and develop their interview techniques with the guidance of the ACE trainer. Participants will have access to a computer, Microsoft Office, paper and pens.
